An EZ-ATS dedicated account manager will work directly with MTC in therunning and configuration of the platform.Part of the program that makes it interact andmeeting the needs of MTC’s needs is its dashboard feature. The platform provides a fluidarrangement can be custom tailored to what MTC needs in daily activities.The configurationwill be done by the stakeholders and assistance from EZ-ATS account manager who will beassigned to MTC.4.TestingTesting EZ-ATS product will be conducted through the free 30 day trial period.After the initial implementation is completed, MTC HR management will systematically checkeach requirement within the system to insure accuracy and validity. Some of the functionalrequirements that will be tested will be whom thesystem shall allow access, compatibility withcurrent systems. Concurrent logins and system overload to test the threshold for worst casescenarios and company growth.If any problems are detected during this phase or with anyrequirements, the EZ-ATS dedicated account manager will be advised to assist in answer anyquestions and address any issues as such.5.Employee preparation and supporta.LeadershipLeadership will provide the overall strategic guidelines and advantages the system will provideto the company and to the employees of MTC. Provide a background into the introduction of thetracking system and whyEZ-ATS was chosen from amongst other systems in the market.b.Change ManagementStage 4:System Recommendation 11/6/19 ver. 117
Changeistough, but part of the problem is that there is little agreement on what factors thatinfluence transformation initiatives. Change management takes care of the people side of change(Prosci). But in the case of MTC is the opposite as all the stakeholders agree to the fact that thecurrent hiring system must be changed for a more robust automated one.Although it’s widelyagreed upon training and education will still need to be implemented to ensure any negativeresults of change process are minimized and the new system integration is accepted quickly.c.TrainingTraining will be restricted to the role played by each stakeholder to match the level of accessthey have in theEZ-ATS. This will be direct and provide a concise approach to how the systemwork, and how to optimize its usage in the day activities of the company.As the processes growmore complex will need to be documented and allows for standardization (UMGC, 2020).d.User SupportUser support will be made by EZ-ATS staff i.e. the dedicated account manager. The support willbe unlimited and at no additional cost. Support will be available to users anytime which willguide MTC along the technical repair route should it arise.6.Data MigrationThe mailing system can be integrated into theEZ-ATS and this can send alerts and emails whichcan be easily tracked and managed by all the teams. This will enable the HR keep track of all thesubmissions being worked. This will also provide a means for the HR or the Recruiters give realtime update to potential candidates.
