Salary and benefit
Employees are quite satisfied with the salary and bonus regimes of the company.
Salary
- For the new workers, skilled workers who work at the Company in the first 3
months, the company will ensure the salary of 3.500.000 VND/month for them.
- For the experienced workers and long-term worker of 1 year or more at the
company, the salary for the workers usually ranges from 4.500.000 VND to
7.500.000 VND according to the product based salary. This salary is slightly
higher than the average salary in the garment industry (from 4.500.000-5.000.000
VND).
- Workers are entitled to salary based on products. In addition to product based
salary, the company also has a regime for employees as follows:
+ Attendance: 300.000 VND/month, Telephone allowance: 100.000
VND/month, Seniority allowance: 100.000 VND/month, Child caring
allowance: 100.000 VND/month,
+ Productivity based bonus:
Product based salary from 4.500.000 VND to 5.000.000 VND
rewarding 4% of product based salary.
Product based salary from 5.000.000 VND to 5.500.000 VND
rewarding 6% of product based salary.

Product based salary over 5.500.000 VND rewarding 8% of
product based salary.
+ Lunch shift allowance: lunch support for employees. The company
arranges the dormitory accommodation and dinner service for workers
who stay at the dormitory.
+ Tet bonuses equal to 8% of the total annual salary.
Attractive welfare regimes
- Giving birthday gifts for all workers every month.
- Every year, workers shall have summer vocation (in Vietnam).
- Paying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for workers
as prescribed.
- Workers on maternity leave are entitled to the allowance of VND1 million and 4
months-off.
