you anticipate as a result of the intervention. This can be one or two brief paragraphs. Remember to cite sources as appropriate. Throughout this robust process from incorporating the Windshield survey to analyzing research data, I concluded my assessment findings to be extremely informative and noteworthy. My findings were obtained by observing a community, interviewing key informants and researching statistical data from multiple websites. Two community health issues were discovered in this community of San Diego 92110 area was obesity and smoking. Although they represent two crucial issues, I chose to elaborate more on obesity because I feel as if most of the people residing here would benefit more on understanding the cause and effects of obesity and prevention of obesity-related illnesses. As I progressed in my research, I found information that were exceptionally interesting. I discovered obesity was more prevalence in African Americans and Hispanics/Latinos, of which I did not know. I also did not know there was a correlation between low socioeconomic status and education that were linked to obesity.
