The site presents information in a way to trigger cognitive learning; information is presented in the manner of benefits for the consumer and informative information of products and service. The website provides numerous pictures that connect to the imagery senses of the consumer. The GE logo appears on every page, GE is a well known and trusted brand and the use of the logo on every page reinforces this to the consumer just be viewing it. The company understands the products and services are a high involvement purchase, as it relates to consumer health, and in response the website provides as much detailed information as possible. The website provides a lot of information but it does not include prices for the products and services, this does not enable consumers to have a complete understanding of the products and services. Some consumers may decide to look for another company because they do not want to call the company to receive all of the details. The site does have an interactive help box that pops up after awhile to ask the consumer if they need help, but this option could appear for consumers soon or provide a tab where the consumer could open this feature.
