organization. The Zachman framework has a way of classifying an organization’s architecture.
The proactive business tool, can be used to model an organization’s existing functions, elements,
processes and help manage the business change.
The scope of the Zachman framework focuses on six key perspectives. The system
development is
organized around the points of view taken by the various players. Each one of
the perspective is depicted as a row in the framework. Which include, planner, owner, builder,
designer, Integrator (sub-contractor), and the User. Each of the perspective is represents as a row

in the matrix. The framework has no special sequence for implementation. It is classify into
various aspects of business with distinct point of views. It has two dimensional matrix to collect
facts, to help make and justify decisions. The main focus is ensuring that all aspects of the
enterprise is well-organized and exhibit clear relationships.
This framework ensure that a clear architectural design principles are defined. The
framework also ensure that all extended implementation is equally well built as long as the
designer and builder continue to follow the rules. There are major principles that guide the
application of the framework. The six perspectives capture all the critical required for the system
