It has two dimensional matrix to collect facts, to help make and justify decisions. The main focus is ensuring that all aspects of the enterprise is well-organized and exhibit clear relationships. This framework ensure that a clear architectural design principles are defined. The framework also ensure that all extended implementation is equally well built as long as the designer and builder continue to follow the rules.
