Third sector services – these services are offered by other organizations outside the health community and are mandated with duties of formulating guidelines and the rules for several institutions and the National Council for Palliative Care. This regulates charities involved in end of life (palliative) and hospice care in England, Northern Ireland, and wales. The organizations are in the following categories: spiritual groups they provide spiritual support and encourage the SLEs to stand firm in different phases. Include hospitals, churches, mosques, or hospice chaplains and preachers. Voluntary groups include such individuals with the necessary skills who opt to offer their assistance to the affected persons without expecting anything in return. 2.2 Explain how others in social networks may provide support to individuals experiencing significant life events As discussed there above, family, friends, health workers, and social workers provide the most significant portion of support for individuals undergoing SLEs. Other parties can support the bereaved Emotionally, financially, and spiritually the individuals suffering through SLE to try them to live a healthy life. Support offered to depend on the individuals need to be impacted with different types of SLEs. The support is provided through a couple of organizations and professionals in health care’ for instance, social workers. People on social networks can also help people impacted on SLEs by creating awareness directly related to the cause of death or to the purpose of the SLE. For example, in the case scenario provided, social networks can be used to make awareness of the condition suffered by Jill to alert people to necessary steps towards avoiding the disease . (Ward, Lewis and Coleman, 2007). 2.3Evaluate the suitability of external sources for those affected by significant life events Depression remains the greatest challenge when there are changes in life conditions. Other than friends and relative, there is other external personnel who can help you under SLE smoothly. For example, a doctor can be giving you information that you cannot get from any other person even your family members. The doctor knows the exact cause of death or cause of illness and when you get the truth, whether brutal or not, will help you in your SLE. Doctors also offer mental support thus ensuring quickest recovery from the disease.
