alternative measure of birth control should be embraced at the expense of other crude methods.  The organizations are thus not operating within the perimeter of ethics (Rosenthal, 2009). The answer to dealing with this issue is not to end the student health care coverage  completely. With health being such a wide field with many different parts, cutting off all the  other benefits to change the birth control rules is unethical. What’s best for the student is not  being taken into consideration. The student should not be denied birth control just because the  employer thinks that it will intrude with their careers. The employers may feel this way because

ETHICAL DILEMMA 5 if the employee were pregnant or catch a sexually transmitted disease, they would get sick and  have to miss work. This would reflect on them as poor performance. Most students become  parents at an early age. The lives of these teenagers are thereby affected to a greater extent.  The  decision is hence unethically considered (Scherer, 2009). The decision by the institutions to stop birth control coverage on their employees is  unethical. This is because the population needs to be controlled, discrimination is based on  religious teachings and the gender issues. For example, gender issues tend to violate the need to  achieve gender equality. Females are more receptive to the effects of the decision. The  institutions have therefore not behaved according to the principle of ethics as they are supposed  to.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
