The more organized that a classroom is, the more effective the learners gain knowledge. The classroom structure is designed to be beneficial for the children. It has to be well coordinated and does not promote stagnant atmosphere. It is fun to watch the children as they learn in this kind of classroom setting. 2. What should the teacher have in mind when he/she designs the classroom organization and routines? What theories and principles should you have in mind? The teacher should always remember the basic principles in classroom management. It is to be aware of every actions made by the child in activities in the classroom. Always stay alert in every situation and be able to adjust or respond positively within the class.
