the storage they have available to them on their smart device. The Space Case will help these individuals keep in touch with their friends without depleting the little amount of storage that they have left on their phone and allows them to increase this available storage without having to pay an additional monthly fee for more storage from their cell phone carrier. Approximately sixty percent of the United States population, below the age of thirty, uses an iPhone. We intend to hold business with at least half of these users, if not more. As word of our product begins to spread we hope to begin selling the Space Case in all cell phone carrier stores, as well as all Apple stores. We would like our product to be sold and promoted on the same level and in the same stores as other popular case brands, such as Lifeproof and Otterbox. We would particularly like to maintain equivalent and eventually outgrow the popularity of our primary market competitor, iXpand, which sells a similar product to the Space Case. Until we can reach the big-name stores such as the ones previously listed, we would like to begin selling our cases at mall kiosks and promoting them online on social media outlets such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The human resources needed to make the Space Case possible are developers, programmers, designers, engineers, coders to help develop a companion app that works seamlessly with the user’s phone and we will develop our own website that customers can easily navigate through to buy our product. The website will be the main source of our company’s revenue, meaning the website must be easy to use, while also looking professional and sleek. The people that will be developing the companion application are making the second half of the product itself, which is very essential because it’s what even makes the first part of the product work. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
