do. As helping out in the community is not necessary, we encourage it highly at our restaurant. We do all our community projects on a volunteer bases, no one is forced to help out in the community. We feel as if you would like to help your community, you may volunteer for the community projects. To make these projects exciting to all, I ask my team what projects they would like to do. We take ideas from the team with what projects they would like to do, and then we vote after we have a top 3. During these community projects, I want my team to enjoy them, so we do different things to let them know we appreciate them. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
