Restructure of manufacturing to include new sizes as XL and XXL also invest money in marketing to build a new image of the brand where A&F can be a brand for all people without any discrimination. The investment on marketing to rebuild the A&F image to the customers. The trendy is more and more people recognize the self-acceptance and slim body or smaller size is the only recognition of beauty. A&F could put more emphasis on advertising the natural and healthy lifestyle through the network such as Twitter, Facebook, blogs and news websites to rebuild the image. The XL and XXL sizes of clothes will fit for the market and the consumers. 3. Replacement of the look policies to be a new dress code, that can allow all employees to use clothes more individualistic looks, but also should behave an attractive look to maintaining at the focus of customers. The A&F should accept the diversity from the employees and respect the religion and cultural background from the employees. The A&F could give more space to the employees’ dress code which keep look natural and enhance to be more inclusive. A&F could train the staffs in developing the skills of mix and match, it would improve the levels of dress code while attracting more customers.
4. Create new anti-discriminatory training focused on human resources professionals and leaders. This training should include new hiring processes that be to more inclusive and to avoid pre-judging of candidates by their stereotypes at recruitment and selection. In addition, leaders must be retrained to create respectful relationships and create a harmonious atmosphere at the workplace. The anti-discriminatory training will help the A&F to rebuild the image in the market, and attract more attention from customers. The A&F can create more communication ways to the employees to understand them, such as performance review, seminar sessions, employees feedback review to build the better relationship, and understand the requests and culture background from the staffs. These ways will build the respects and harmonious atmosphere at the workplace.
