The reason for choosing this place is that this place is in the focus of the city in which we will approach our customers in short time O PERATIONAL PROCEDURE : Our operation will start as we will initially purchase 6 second hand cars from numerous places with accessible rates then we will go for further process and that process begins with maintained the cars for our customers to give them value based equipment in the shape of cars with high value service. In maintenance process we will go through paint, change tyres, glasses, comfortable seats etc. to make the cars more comfortable and more relaxed and we will start our service. Further we keep on our operation when customer call at call Centre. As our representative receive calls from customer then she grabs all information to customer like her name, address, place, etc. and then our representative transfer all information to female taxi driver who already get ready for give service to her clients and then female driver arrive on particular place which customers demand for. Once she gives her service to clients and reaches them their final destination then take money from them and get back to our service Centre. Customer can avail our service only between the timings of 9:00 to 6:00 pm. At morning 9:00 am our female drivers are available at our taxi stand, on the other side our representative will also present on her certain office, our whole process is totally depends upon the collaboration of both staff, the female drivers staff and the representatives staff, without them we can’t imagine to responds to our customers. As our representative get customer calls and then she delivers that massage to female drivers and she will further precede that service and reach them to their final destination. The partners have been signed the partnership deed agreement and registered it to securities and exchange commission of Pakistan.
