Toni encourages her employees to stay organized by having her employees use tools such as a scheduler, CLM software, to prioritize and to always follow up with clients, employees and herself. Some challenges Toni has when getting her employees to come together to innovate is scheduling meeting for everyone in the team to meet. Scheduling, conflict and induvial priorities are challenges within the business. In addition, the demands of the business and the customers can be a challenge. Toni uses innovation within the business by listening with an open mind to an idea, she looks are the benefits and impact an idea may bring, if the idea seems promising it is tested threw pilots, data is collect, measured and if adjustments are needed they are fixed and based on positive results it will launch to the entire business.
