Many of the software professionals mention that they like to work by themselves so they can freely take full control of everything and can control all problems solutions without the need of meetings with the team. Knowledge is power, and most of the professionals would save their knowledge for them self and don’t want to share them with others (INFAC, 1998). Secondly, the project teams work for a limited amount of time. That’s why in a large number of cases it is difficult for them to improve a social bond between them and tie their objectives related to personal learning and rewards to those of team members. Lack of efficient team work in employees working in Indian software organizations has its connections in the philosophy and processes of human resources, especially in remuneration, training and selection management. It is believed that at the time of hiring employees, the organization prefers to test technical skills instead of soft skills. It is necessary that the process of selection should be more focused on learning orientation as compared to the technical knowledge. Work Preferences Professionals feel nervous sometimes if the programming experience is outside the field of IT. So software professionals in Indian software find it too difficult to complete the organization requirements and individual preferences. In recent time, Indian software companies get most of their income from America. However, due to the recession, they also look forward to opening their business in "Europe" and "Australia".
