Therefore, we have to evaluate the process begin from the recruitment till the end of the training. Sources of Recruitment Traditional recruitment: With this method, the organization will choose the candidates from the training places like universities or colleges. They will find out the candidates subject training, contact with the school to quickly found out what position they suitable for. Or they could contact with the teacher directly, select the excellent student to recruit. This method can help them find the new worker easily but it s expensive and ineffective.
