any specific characters.9.Cures: A vampire can be killed by getting its head chopped off, being burned, or by beingout in the sunlight. 10. Social/Psychological Role: I feel that this movie really exploits the struggle of good vs. evil – especially the struggle inside all of us. Throughout the film, the audience constantly sees both sides to each character. Not all the vampires are inherently evil. Eachvampire is definitely dominated by one or the other, but none of them are completely consumed by a single force. Comparing Lestat to Louis, one can see that Lestat is more of a mischievous and manipulative character, while Louis is more of a caring and kind one. Lestat’s good-natured side does come out a few times, and Louis does show that he can have a menacing side to himself, but each has their own character trait that is more prevalent on a day-to-day basis.
