As part of the consultation process about the Bounce Fitness Communication and Developmental Plan you are now to hold your consultation meeting with Linda and the team so you can present them with the plan and explain its content. To complete this activity, you are to: a. Again, as with the previous meeting, invite the team to the meeting. Use the SBTA email. Receive confirmation of attendance. Paste a copy of your email to the team and the received emails in the space below. b. Chair your meeting once you all attendance confirmations have been received. During this meeting you will be required to give the team a copy of your plan and evidence collected and also a budget. You will present and discuss with the team: Review the Bounce Fitness budget. With the team review the scenario and the Bounce Fitness website again, check on all relevant documentation; and discuss if the Bounce Fitness proposed development and the plan meets the budget requirements. Review the 3 quotes so Linda and the team can determine if the coffee shop is feasible and which quote is preferred by all present. Then present the plan content, and with the team analyse all the data including: business goals listed in the plan, check if they are appropriate and do they meet Bounce Fitness strategic goals. Discuss and confirm communication process and strategies for each target audience that you proposed in the plan, are the target audiences that you selected and described appropriate and are all communication strategies proposed in the plan relevant and appropriate to the audiences. Discuss strategies on how to gain maximum participation by all stakeholders who are relevant to the developmental change so this information can also be added into the plan after the meeting. Use the group to articulate foreseen problems and seek their input and proposed means for resolving the problems. Discuss possible interferences and intrusions during the proposed implementation and running of the developmental plan and with the group problem-solve and brainstorm and come up with alternative proposals. Negotiate their suitability and agree on new outcomes which will be added to the plan after the meeting.
