National manager summary of comments:
Workers, particularly new retail workers, are unfamiliar with working in
retail/warehouse environment. Workers as well as those in supervisory positions
would benefit from basic safety awareness/reporting training. All training/induction
would need to be based on national standards and legislation as much as possible.
Training/induction should focus on areas of high incidence rates.
