DATUMANONG, BINLADDEN D. BSSW – 2A SKINNER, Burrhus Frederic It is really innate to the personality of an individual regarding the token economy of Burrhus Frederic Skinner. It is definitely the gratification to ourselves and has been a culture when someone order or command you to do something and we look for optional in returns maybe a things or something that is physically given from someone. It is usual for us that whenever we do something likewise I do to have its in return it actually boosted and strengthened the things that we are doing, it is also somewhat rooted from being motivated to the rewards we receive, we are quite excited to the conclusion of our activity. But if I were to relate it to the things that I am doing presently with the community, organization and to the youth’s welfare towards advocating something then I am no longer or exercising the token of economy. Why? Where will be the sincerity and commitment of your doings if the primary reason why you join are those things in return to you? Your utmost commitment and effort to contribute in realizing the vision of your community is necessary even without in return to you. Optimizing and maximizing your capabilities to serve is a tool in building your personality, with or without return and without fear. The only visible and decisive return of all the efforts and contributions you have impart is that seeing the happiness and contentment that you can observe to the people you have working and helping throughout.

Bandura. It simply stating that in the outside of the innate capabilities of an individual, it is not only the source of learning behaviors but another important means as well to develop and acquire behaviors is the factors from the environment and social activities which he was called the social learning theory. This has been made abundant to the Generation Z kids and young individuals because most of them right now made the outside world as source of the development of their kids. Simply through the observational learning that they can easily copy the behaviors of they have seen and watched. I may not the one who has been experienced this thing, but to what I have observed with my cousins, nieces and nephews and other family-related even non-family related kids they are mostly engaged now in the observational learning through the movies they are keep on watching, the behaviors they absorbs from the movies and from the people they have seen. It is also due to their parents and other people surrounds them who are trying to impart
