We will prevent these by not worrying about the competitors because we have the best of the best, Purchasing licenses before we start so we are ready, Not releasing the workouts to the public without a fee, Because we strive on our customer service, unhappy customers shouldn’t be a threat to us but we have ways to assure there won’t be any. Mystery shoppers/other PTs by making them know we are the best and they are showing them what a great session is.
