interviews in which an employee goes in the office with a member of management to discuss the issues they have with the dress code. We also have group brainstorming at or nightly meetings to see if we can come up with any ideas as a group to solve the dress code issue. Everybody has a chance to have their idea be heard and then we openly discuss the pros and cons of all the ideas. In a few cases with the issue of the dress code individuals were taken to the office by a member of management to have a counseling session to see if they have any personal issues which are causing them not to follow the dress code. As for the quality of the outcome as of now it is still a poor outcome due to the fact that there are still many people not following the dress code and they are not being dealt with. The managers did a very good job of conveying the rules of the dress code to us. They are just not doing a good job of enforcing it with certain individuals. I am not sure if this has to do with the organizational communication skills of the managers or if it is an issue of favoritism. I feel that it is actually a little bit of both.
