       2. Inquire whether the building has a  service entrance/elevator  for use. If so, proceed       with  directions from the attendant . WITH CLIENTS:        1. Greet all clients by introducing yourselves .        2. Politely ask permission to enter their apartment/office/house .        3.  Use Warehouse Receipt and Inventory forms to inventory misc. items going   into  storage (client receives yellow carbon-copy, Butler takes remaining sheets) .        4. Clearly mark on the w/o the start and end times and collect client signature prior to  leaving  job site.        5. When delivering containers from storage,  remove all locks for the client  if in client  apartment . Butlers are not to dispose of the locks in residences, unless the client     offers . If  left with doorman, leave containers locked. 6. If delivery misc.  items that are blanket-wrapped, remove all blankets at job site. If        items left with doorman, leave  all items wrapped. Then, note on w/o the # of blankets   left. THE WAREHOUSE :        1. After unlocking the entrance to facility, disengage alarm system by entering relevant                      5-digit  code (:45 second grace period, after which the alarm will sound and local                             authorities  automatically notified) . If this happens, call Scott or Will immediately.        2. During winter/summer, turn off heating/ A/C system (thermometer located on column          in   D46) when loading dock door is opened. Likewise, turn system back on when  exiting  the   facility        3.  Intake (Incoming Inventory) Procedures             a. Clearly label w/ blue labeling tape the CLIENT NAME (First initial, last name) on ALL                           containers, suitcases, misc. items, etc.   b. Affix  Inventory Tape with unique inventory #'s to  all misc. items.             c. Note all lock #'s on w/o. Similarly, note Lot # and all inventory #'s on Warehouse    Receipt and Inventory form.             d. Note on w/o the relevant warehouse coordinates once items have been placed into                            stacks .                          - i.e.  G45F  - item is located in Row  G , Section  45 F ront of stack             e. Bring completed w/o forms to office for input into RackSpace .        4.  Outgoing Inventory Procedures             a. Cross-reference inventory form  and sequential inventory #’s  taken at original p/u  with  outgoing items to   ensure accuracy .
