Shakespeare uses an unobtrusive blank verse to draw the audience's attention by disclosing the character (Tudeau-Clayton, 2016). Shakespeare makes a speaker stop talking in the middle of blank verse to make the other character to respond to complete the pentameter. By doing so, the audience expectations are met. For that reason, the audiences feel involved in the progress of the speaker’s speech. In this context, the iambic pentameter line gives an inviting path in which the viewers follow. Shakespeare uses prose in places where the audience is not expecting blank verse to appear. Such that, the people reading the poems can hardly notice any verse like scenarios about the lines used. Shakespeare makes the verses to blend effortlessly with the paragraphs he intends to initiate. Shakespeare’s writings make blank verse to be related to prose based on the popularity of the conversational style (Tudeau-Clayton, 2016). In this context, blank verse is more natural since it takes unpremeditated utterance. Shakespeare includes musical notes and numbers to differentiate the level of stress. By using scansion by feet approach, Shakespeare aims to meet the purpose of the reader. In essence, the audience feels entitled to argue with the behaviors of the language within the verse lines (Shakespeare, 2015). The audience thinks that these lines would provide an option to heed to original words’ accents. A blank verse may sidestep human consciousness and human nationality. Shakespeare gives a less than the human speaker in the play “The Tempest” in his adaptation Caliban. In this

In conclusion, the power of language holds significance to human lives in broader perspectives. The nuance created by Shakespeare leaves an impact of greater understanding and truth of humanity. Blank verse explored by William Shakespeare elicits some critical conclusions. Shakespeare uses a highly developed blank verse as a vehicle of more intense and varied art-emotions. In his play, Shakespeare seems universal while using blank verse. Blank verse helps Shakespeare to frame facts and spotlight the effects of a person's deeds subtly. Blank verse used in the play is juxtaposed with prose and rhyming iambic parameter to address the difference in class and characters. As the audience's attention is upheld, Shakespeare tends to remind them about the cohesive, creative nature of conversations that can sparks drama.
