7b3. I was the most successful in asking question when it was my time to give report. I wrote a list before I came to work and I while I was given the report I just went through my list and asked the girl the questions. I made the beginning of my shift a lot nicer for me. 7b4. I would like to continue to making a list before each shift so I know the proper question to ask. But I would also on my free time get to know more of the people I work with so I can be more comfortable with asking for help. 7b5. Next time I will ask the nurses more questions and I will try and be more helpful so that I do not feel like I am just bothering them. I will also try and get to know the employees better so that I can better ask for help. Talk a little more on my breaks, come a little more out of my shell and get to know people. 7C. Most of my confidence behaviors happened when they were unplanned. I had real success with it this week. 7c1. What seemed to work best for me, was coming in to work expecting anything could be possible. I was open to anything and I was more open as well. I talked a lot more.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
