suggest the use of similar phrasing and imagery in order to relate back and not confuse the community after re-branding. They should also be looking into current advertising techniques and marketing strategies the DSO is using. By doing this they could lessen to marketing costs in order to start the re-branding. Then once the new information is released the advertising can become more aggressive. 2. Benefits of re-branding could potentially include a new facility. By making all these changes the public can see that you are dedicated to the services you provide and are here for the long haul always improving. Re-branding can additionally bring awareness and media coverage that attracts new patients. 3. The biggest potential risk is losing clients and not gaining new clients. With re-branding people may not realize the new services are still the DSO services. Another risk is losing clients because they do not understand or approve of the changes. Another risk would be money loss, making a new logo and name for a company is not necessarily needed in order to improve the organization 4. The constituencies that should be involved are the legal team for the DSO. They should be brought in to make sure that any changes that are occurring are doing so in a legal way. The DSO should also involve the local health commissioner. This is to ensure that the community know what is about to occur. If changes are being made, I would also suggest involving public relations in order for them to get ahead of the news and make sure the organization has a good reputation and outlook.
