Knight posting a $1.4 million bail pending appeal of the conviction. Tupac’s debut album for Death Row, the double-length album All Eyez on Me , had been certified five times double-platinum that demonstrated a celebration of the thug lifestyle. While incarcerated, Tupac read and studied Niccolo Machiavelli which inspired the release of his record album The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory . In this album, he continues to target the themes of aggression and pain, making the album one of the most vulnerable works of his career. The album took a total of seven days to complete with the completion of the lyrics in only three days and the production another four. This was Tupac’s last album before his death, and he had complete creative input on the album from the name to the cover. The cover presents a cross which symbolizes how the media crucified Shakur. On the night of September 7, 1996, Tupac attended the Mike Tyson – Bruce Seldon boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. There was a fight after the match between Orlando Anderson, a member of the Southside Crips, and Tupac. A few weeks before the incidence, Anderson and other members from the Crips robbed a member of Death Row’s entourage in a Foot Locker store, precipitating Tupac’s onset. On the night of the murder, Tupac shared a car with Suge Knight and his bodyguards when a man emerged from another car and fired thirteen rapid shots at Tupac; one hit him in the chest, the pelvis, and his right hand and thigh. He was put in the Critical Car Unit for six days until he died on the afternoon of September 13, 1996 of internal bleeding. To this day, the murder has never been solved, and there have been several uprising in conspiracies regarding the truth of his death.
