of things to motivate them. Likewise, both group 1 and group 2 will be notified of any situations and administer information to both exempt and nonexempt employees. Additionally, a liaison will be available at the company for those individuals who want to make corrective changes to their benefit options. For example, a female employee who just had a child can start to benefit from programs such as flexible spending for child care, and on-site daycare options if they are available. The job of the liaison is to create a career path for the employees and guided them in the right direction. Verbal communication amongst the employee and liaison can occur whenever it is needed. This correspondence at each phase of the program is excessively critical for the organization and the people whom represent it as well. Pay structure strategy Before an accurate and competitive pay structure can be implemented for the company; it has to which jobs are going to be evaluated. These job descriptions are used to make comparisons with published market surveys and for internal monetary comparisons within the company. They should indicate the importance of the position within the company, along with key duties and responsibilities. Qualifications needed for competent performance of the job duties, including educational requirements, skills and abilities needed to do the job, and any physical demands and environmental exposures encountered need to be spelled out in layman terms as well. Exterior value is more essential for the organization than interior value. Hence, the way toward gathering information by means of overviews is an extremely imperative process for the organization. During the hiring process the rate of hire is generally higher than market value. Yet after some time, when a commitment is made by an employee over several years with the company the rate is kept in place. Conclusion Talent management is helpful to each the organization and the workers. A corporation advantages from: a raised morale; a higher standard of work quality; attainment of valued

employees; scale back turnover, raised strength and a higher match between people’s jobs and skills. Workers advantages from: higher motivation and commitment; career development; raised data regarding and contribution to company goals; continued inclination and job satisfaction; all to form and cause the definition talent management.
