How You Plan to Analyze and Evaluate Process and Success of the Team (surveys, tangible outcomes, personal growth) How this Project might Build Leadership and Teamwork Skills The Potential Role of the vLeader Simulation in Individual and Team Development The Proposal Considers the Important Elements and Phases of the project: Sections 1 and 2: The team member/s (1 or 2 people) who spearhead/s the leadership design of the project will need to coordinate the inputs of each member to get the proposal completed. Course material through Feb. 16 will be applied in developing the proposal to produce a careful plan. These reflect what will occur during proposal, analysis, presentation and evaluation - who will do what and when. Phase 1 leadership Section 3: The team member/s who lead/s (1 or 2 people) this phase of the project is/are responsible for coordinating members to get activities carried out to produce the CEO/top management team analysis and presentation. Phase 2 leadership Section 4: The team member/s who lead/s (1 or 2 people) this phase of the project is/are responsible for coordinating members to get activities carried out to analyze the team process, outcomes and collect feedback on project success, and produce the team report. Phase 3 leadership. Section 5: The individual report requires reflection on the part of each team member. Sections 1 through 6 are important areas to consider in planning the project and require the input of all members. 1 2 5 3 4
