Course material through Feb. 16 will be applied in developing the proposal to produce a careful plan. These reflect what will occur during proposal, analysis, presentation and evaluation - who will do what and when. Phase 1 leadership Section 3: The team member/s who lead/s (1 or 2 people) this phase of the project is/are responsible for coordinating members to get activities carried out to produce the CEO/top management team analysis and presentation. Phase 2 leadership Section 4: The team member/s who lead/s (1 or 2 people) this phase of the project is/are responsible for coordinating members to get activities carried out to analyze the team process, outcomes and collect feedback on project success, and produce the team report. Phase 3 leadership. Section 5: The individual report requires reflection on the part of each team member.
