Deciding which strategy worked best and which strategy was not as effective is also helpful. Mangers should also have feedback for each team and should suggest different methods that work better than other methods. Always remember to have fun! Of course, always remain professional, but you can always have fun during the process. Laugh and not be so serious all of the time and enjoy one another’s company. Getting along with one another and joking can help with communicating and building relationships with one another.
