Giving feedback and expressing concerns coincides with having an effective team. Discussing improvedsolutions with one another and discovering new outcomes for the future will help strengthen the team. Decidingwhich strategy worked best and which strategy was not as effective is also helpful. Mangers should also havefeedback for each team and should suggest different methods that work better than other methods. Alwaysremember to have fun! Of course, always remain professional, but you can always have fun during the process.Laugh and not be so serious all of the time and enjoy one another’s company. Getting along with one anotherand joking can help with communicating and building relationships with one another. When following all steps,your team will always remain successful and will always effectively work together.
