but then he was still definitely a child at heart. He loves whenever he plays the piano, it seemed that he was free whenever he plays it. Free from the world which only knows how good he is but not the hardships he went through. The way he wrote the short story is very effective for me. He even changed my perception towards what is the meaning of a prodigy. The theme of the story is still applicable today. There are shows in television that shows prodigies in different fields. Mathematics, science, music, etc. We tend to be fascinated by their talents but we must consider that behind their acts are the endless training. We need open our eyes to see what really matters and it is the happiness of every child. Even the professionals must be saluted for the long way they went through just to attain where they are. We must also give opportunities to the people especially kids who want to grow and nourish their potential talents but didn't have the fortune to do so. Mann's story leaves a lot of lessons to his readers and it certainly can be applied in our daily living.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
