Increase good or bad? PAs and NPs will provide greater access and more affordable care.  Both specialties can provide excellent quality of care for most  healthcare issues. Quality of care has been shown to be equal or even better with PAs  and NPs.  Training costs are less for PAs and NPs and their job outlook is  excellent.  Those desiring a medical career can spend less time and money by  pursuing a degree as an NP or PA.
