14 In Class Exercise 3.6 An insurance company A wants to keep data of following entities: Customers (NRIC, Name, Address, Phone) Agents (EmpID, Name) Company A offers two types of insurances: Home insurance (ID, InsuredValue, Address) Car insurance (ID, InsuredValue, VehicelID, Model) A customer can buy multiple insurances, and one insurance belongs to one customer only. The buying date of each insurance is recorded Customers can submit claim to the company through an agent. For each claim, company A needs to keep i) the customer who submits it, ii) the date it is submitted, iii) the claimed amount, iv) the date it is finally settled, v) the insurance that the claim is submitted for, and vi) the agent in charge

In Class Exercise 3.6 (cont'd) 15 This relationship is redundant (and should be removed) if there is a business rule that the only customer who can raise a claim from an insurance is the person who purchased it.
