EASTERN TECHNOLOGICAL COLLEGE (E.TECH): After founding a bilingual secondary school in Paris (Ile de France), this privately held education company decided to add a primary school division. The expansion will create a total of 14 jobs. VIETTEL: Vietnam’s largest mobile telephone network operator Viettel is expanding globally at a rapid pace, and aims to become a leading global operator by 2020.
