Excellent Health Websites (15 points): Locate an excellent website that is related to what we are studying in class. Write a brief summary about the website and how we can use it to learn from. Turn in: a printout of the front page of the website, including the web address, and staple it to a written summary of the highlights of the site and what you learned as a reader. 3. Current Events in Health (15 points): Find a current event related to health on the internet, in a newspaper, on the evening news, or on the radio. Write a summary of what you learned and how it relates to class. Include in your summary: your source of information, the date you found the information, the main idea of what you learned, some interesting facts or highlights related to health education, and at least one question that you wondered about while reading/watching/listening. 4. Art in Health (20 points): Get busy creating with your own two hands, but make sure it relates to health topics we are studying. You can make a model, poster, mobile, collage, diagram, painting, board game, or even write a song, rap, or dance that teaches something related to our studies. 5. Books & Movies (20 points): Read a science fiction or a nonfiction book on health, or watch a movie related to health. Explain what you learned, what you wondered, and give the book a rating for other kids in the class.
