The organization has also put up stringent measures to ensure the security and privacy of the workers. A channel of communication between the workers and the employer has also been enhanced. Though all the ethical issues will not change within five years but there is a strong incentive that the future shall be better. Recruiting Human Resources To design an effective recruitment program, I would first right down all the benefits the potential employees shall achieve while working for the company. I will make sure all the benefits I have included are real and not factious. In designing the program I will also determine the types of applicants I target. My recruitment program shall be based on the qualifications, norms of the organization. I will also craft a short video presentation or documentary explaining the organization into details. I would first consider my current employees as this would provide them with promotional opportunities and also involve my former and current employees in the recruitment process. I shall also ensure the benefits and salary is better than my competitors so as to enable me attract the best candidates. I shall use various advertisement venues to reach the best candidates. I would use online classified venues such as Yahoo, the local newspapers, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. In addition I would use my former and current employees to help me identify the best candidates for the job. To sell the company to the prospective candidates, I would use the former and current company’s employees to market the company to the prospective candidates. I would also use the company’s website to attract the prospective candidates. I would put all the information about the company and the job advertised in the company’s website. I would also craft a short
