7.0 Scenario and relevant Contingency plan If the generated revenue is higher than expected, Cute Claw can put more energy into the marketing field so that the coffee shop can continue to work hard in the future. Cute Claw can also use this money to build more stores and expand the business. If revenues are lower than expected, Cute Claw needs to study the reasons that affect business and profits, understand the differences between the company's products and competitors, redefine our marketing methods and target markets, and improve products(Lee & Yeu 2010, p.92).
