You are to use the performance management plan template and coaching plan template (provided in Appendices 3 and 4 of this task) to prepare for the coaching session. 5.Analyse/examine operational performance as described in scenario/situation, and produce an operational plan status/position report based on the information provided in Appendix 1. (i.e there aresome areas that need to be reviewed, and improved – you need to look at the issues/problems and come up with some ideas of what steps are needed to improve the operations of the company)You are to use the Operational Status Report template (provided in Appendix 5). You will also need to include in your report:a.a description of budgetary and financial performance (i.e money and costs etc)b.a description of productivity performance (i.e what results are expected of the staff member(s))c.an analysis/study of milestone achievement and performance against targets (i.e review of how the staff member is achieving the goals that have been set down)d.three recommendations/ideas, suggestions for operational improvement.6.Submit a portfolio/collection of your implementation/carrying out the job plans (documents) as outlined in the specifications/terms below.
