is an economically sound venture. - Operational Feasibility - Positioning our second manufacturing plant in Albuquerque will enhance the efficiency of our distribution operations. This is because its central location to the majority of our current USA sales reduces the time and costs involved with shipping to our customers south of the border. Our prime location enables us to better attract USA retailers to carry our products since they will no longer have to bear the costs of cross-border shipping. Improving our geographical coverage and transitioning from being solely a brick-and- motor store to one with a robust online retail offering benefits operations as well. It enhances the efficiency of the ordering process, and lessens the strain on our customer service. - Legal Feasibility - Fantome Trampolines Inc. is already a recognized legal entity in Saskatchewan. We will register our second plant as a foreign entity of our Canadian company in New Mexico. Barriers to entry in the USA market as a foreign business are low as USA residency and citizenship are not required. Our commitment to manufacturing the safest and most durable and user-friendly trampolines in the industry reduces the risk potential lawsuits resulting from trampoline injuries. 16

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
