Jack Welch was willing to spend the time needed and the money necessary to make smart and savvy decisions. He just was very cautious and careful and he made sure to include others in brainstorming. Proves, he valued others and their opinion. That was a great thing that he did. The thing that I think he shouldn't of done was roll out so many changes in such little time. It felt rushed at times when he would make so many changes. In the final wave Jack addressed raising the bar. Explain what he means by "A" players and the 4 E's. So you have your A Players: These are the ones who full of vision, they motivate and encourage, and are leaders. The 4 E’s: These people are known for their energy. They are even are able to energize others, they are full of edge, and execution. They are both similar and you can compare them easily. They are so crucial in the business world. They are the glue that each company needs to stay intact. They bring so much to the table and help uplift the company.
