Ethical Business

An ethical business practice would be the nature of health problems. This plan will assist in this
ethical business provision by planning individualized care to allow for the highest quality care available.
This program will serve as a guide, providing complete and appropriate information regarding the POC
that will be put in place.
The nursing department is important in the implementation of VBP because they provide direct
care to the patients. It will also decrease legal risks to the organization because a set EBP POC
will be put into place.

Informational
o Provide HCAHPS scores for all departments
o Hold a staff meeting discussing upcoming training and what is to be expected
regarding a launch of the program.
o Provide handouts that will be used later outlining the program and what changes
will occur
Educational
o Holding webinars for staff training on use of the program
o Holding a soft launch for managers and allow managers to utilize program prior to
utilization of the program company wide

o Provide an in-service to discuss what an increase on HCAHPS scores could mean at
an employee level
