Completing work -After completing our portion we would post with attachment and then Shevada would put it all together. Then she would post a final draft for us to review, make any necessary changes and approve. Turning in work -Since only one person submits the assignments we would have Shevada submit it. How did your team work?
4 About my team & Effective team building -I think we worked well together without any hiccups Communication -Most of our communication was done on the forum but we also text, call or email if needed. Behavior -I think we all behaved in a professional manner and completed our work to the best of our ability. We all had the same goal, which was to get an A on the assignment.

6 About my team & Effective team building In many organizations, there are times when a team needs to be formed to accomplish a goal set forth by upper management. We also use team to complete our day to day work, as a team we can help each other when one member is slow, out sick, or having a hard day. This is when specific members are selected to be a part of the team. Building an effective team takes time and is not possible to happen in one day. This group of employees needs to understand the goal before them to be able to breakdown the work that is needs to be done. In order to achieve the required goal they need to first get to know each other, figure out what area each person needs to work on by establishing strengths & weaknesses, and always keep the lines of communication open. With any of these main elements missing the team will lack unity and cause loses for their company. Strategies that can be used to develop effective groups and teams There are many strategies that can be utilized to develop an effective team. We at Planned Parenthood understand the vitality of having a great team to help our patients. When a new team is created we take time to get to know each member in terms of personality, strengths & weaknesses, diversity and behaviors. Personalities is a strong indicator of which member will lead the team. Addressing strengths & weaknesses gives us the opportunity to enhance strong attributes and improve on the weaker ones. Diversity gives different vantage points. And lastly, behaviors
