To incentivize their employees JLU offers the opportunity to earn college credit if all ten of their certifications are obtained. There are also scholarships available and discount tuition rates offered to employees and their family. Another great method used by the training program is interactive games. These games improve the skills used in day to day functions when working in a store by utilizing real life scenarios in a simulation style game. Playing these games helps improve the employee’s skills, while allowing them to earn pointstoward prizes and bragging rights for high scores.
