NAVIGATING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE 4 has been updated or changed and each employee is now aware and on the same page. This may allow employees to feel confident in the job they are performing and more. Explain a motivational strategy that might be used for implementation I have always found that rewarding the employees and given them recognition for the work that they do helps with retention and morale. The company that I currently work gives rewards for bravo that they earn for recognition that they received for doing good work within the company are with the providers. The rewards could be cash or points to earn prize that they can cash in at any time. At each staff meeting every other week, they recognize those bravos that the employee(s) have received within the past two weeks. All so they have a career path where you can do online course through their learning course to help you reach another path in your career. This all has seem to help increase morale and retention with in company.
