The supervisor doesn’t have control about when the delivery is coming or if it was right or not. The delivery guys don’t have a monitoring of anyone who works at there. Doesn’t have cameras to record if some issue has happened. Instal an electronic access that can only be opened with key. Have a form to sign up before and after to get the key, so every one who accessed that area is written down. Instal security cameras. Restrict the access only to authorised people. Install security cameras, have the door looked always and have the control form of who accessed that area, trained the workers to not to allow anyone getting in without access. 2. Put a warning sign. Even if happen some accident, the establishment must give the worker assistance afterwards. Everyone should be trained to help in case when it happens. 3. Install fire extinguisher of all types of, train the work team to evacuate the area if it’s more dangerous and train everyone to know what to do to avoid, control and report this kind of hazard. 7. Why does Paul want to be involved in the meetings? What is the legal requirement for this? Reasons for Paul being involved in the meetings The WHS meeting should be opened to all workers as they can learn about the safety for the workplace and for their selves. Also, the employees should be able to suggest improvements and report hazards if in case of. In this case study, Paul would’ve helped the establishment with new suggestions based in his experience, with that the employers could provide safety and security place to work to everyone, even them.
