xx ABSTRAC This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, and its impact on company performance. The hypothesis proposed: Motivation has a significant influence on employee kinera satisfaction, Leadership Style has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Organizational Culture does not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, Motivation does not have a significant influence on employee performance, Leadership Style has no significant influence on employee performance, Organizational Culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance, employee job satisfaction is not a significant influence on employee performance. Employee satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship of motivation to employee performance. Employee satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship of leadership style to employee performance. Employee satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This study uses KSPPS BMT Bima employee objects. The data in this study are primary, using a questionnaire. To facilitate the writer in analyzing this research, the SEM-PLS method is used by using the SmartPLS3 analysis tool. From the analysis obtained the results of motivation directly affect the satisfaction of employee performance. This is due to factors within the employee such as personal responsibility and life demands and work factors such as adequate facilities and clear work mapping, the salary according to the level of work will make employees feel satisfaction in their performance. 1 BAB I PENDAHULUAN A. Latar Belakang Lembaga keuangan merupakan sebuah wadah dimana terdapat jasa dan pengelolaan keuangan dengan tujuan tertentu. Peranan lembaga keuangan daalam kehidupan terutama bank sangatlah penting adanya. Hal ini akibat semakin berkembangnya sistim ketetaniagaan yang mau tidak mau melibatkan lembaga lembaga keuangan atau bank didalamnya. Tahun 1998, hingga saat ini komdisi perekonomian Indonesia cenderung labil. Kenaikan beberapa komponen harga yang menjadi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat menyebabkan ekonomi nasional terpuruk. Dan nasib masyarakat kecil semakin tenggelam. Dengan kondisi diatas, masyarakat dalam berwirausaha semakin kecil kemungkinan untuk maju dikarenakan kekurangan modal untuk membeli bahan dan alat prduksi. Para pengusaha membutuhkan pihak lain untuk menyediakan bantuan (pinjaman) lunak untuk kelanjutan usaha mereka. Hal itulah yang kemudian mendorong banyak pihak untuk membentuk lembaga keuangan mikro untuk membantu mengembangkan ekonomi kelas bawah.
