2. Internet Access
 Students must have access to a working computer and access to the
internet. “Not having a computer” or “computer crashes” is not an
acceptable reason for not completing the work. Please address technical
issues early-on in the class to give yourself optimum time to complete the
course.
NOTE: You DO NOT need a government computer to access or complete your work. Your AKO
Username and Password will gain you access on any computer with internet
capabilities.
NOTE : With the recent Bb upgrade, students may experience problems if using Internet Explorer
(IE) 10. To help alleviate browser issues use IE 9/11 or Mozilla Firefox browsers.

 Once your document is attached, click Submit (located on the bottom right
of the blackboard window)

 Click on the Discussion Exercise 1 (or Essay) tab. Click on
Discussion Post Exercise 1 (or Experiential discussion
Post)
 Click on Create Thread
 Scroll down to the bottom of the page and attach your file by clicking on
Browse My Computer . Select your document. Click on Open
 Click Submit
3. How to Reply
 Follow Step 1 above
 Click on any of the threads.
 Click on the attachment to open and read it.
 Click on Reply to provide your comments
 Click Submit

3. Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP)

Download and review the Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP);
click Mark Reviewed when complete.
4. Chain of Command

Download and complete the Chain of Command document.

Save it to your computer as (LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, CoC)

Click on Chain of Command to upload your completed Chain of
Command into blackboard for grading.
