The second possible reason is lack of clear communication. This causes misunderstanding and conflicts which could be the reason that caused the fight. For example, Suzy might set the wrong date to deliver the product where clients expect her to deliver on time (Dalman, 2014). She might have also delivered the wrong product to clientswhich cause a delay of work or increased cost which burdens the client. The third possible reason is the unsatisfying customer service provided by salesperson. This could be due to the attitude of Suzy. For example, the tune of voice she used during the meeting or the lateness to meeting are related to the unprofessional attitude of salesperson. Besides that, slow feedback on client’s need also lead to unsatisfying experience faced by client which caused the fight. The fourth possible reason is the discrimination which happened between Suzy and client. There are different types of discrimination which is based on race, skin colour, religion, sex, nationality, age, disability and the like (Doyle, 2018).
