David Klein showed that he has a high level of openness, his colleagues and family members would agree. David invented Jelly Belly and it turned into a sensational success. He has a very creative mind, he talked about how he can make anything happen with creativity and imagination. He had diferent and unique methods to work efficiently, he would take notes and write down ideas on paper plates so that he doesn’t lose them. David had and implemented a lot of diferent ideas but Jelly Belly was the only one that was a big success. 5.Discuss the extent to which the main character demonstrates the personality trait of extraversion. Describe scenes from the movie to support your answer. David was warm hearted and had a high level of extraversion in his personality traits. He wasfull of energy and enjoyed interacting with people/children and he loved making them and seeing them happy. For example, in the movie it is shown that he liked to be a part of different live shows and television shows. He was very excited going there as he always likedto be in front of people and to be recognized as the "Jelly Belly" man. 6.Discuss the extent to which the main character demonstrates the personality trait of machiavellianism. Describe scenes from the movie to support your answer. According to the Candyman, David Klein had little to no machiavellianism. He never manipulated or took advantage of others to get his way; he was big-hearted and a caring individual. Some examples in the documentary were him handing out free ice-cream or buying all balloons at Disneyland to give it to kids. Moreover, when Herman Goelitz took advantage of David Klein by telling David that if the rights of his company were not sold to him then Herman Goelitz Candy Company would have to fire all their employees.
