According to Vietinbank (2018), Vietinbank which legal form is limited public companies with 30 years of operation. VietinBank s main business activities are banking transactions, financial and insurance and deals namely mobilizing, taking and making by term in Vietnam and a number of other countries and based on the nature and capability of the Bank s sources of funds. Vietinbank always adheres to the principles and regulations of this bank and all transactions are under the control of the State Bank of Vietnam. In Vietnam, Vietinbank operates as a commercial bank and all transactions are in Vietnam currency, foreign currency and gold in the form of common loans send credit operations. Besides, Vietinbank also conducts direct investment activities through its subsidiaries and associates in the form of financial investment, securities and bond trading or insurance. And insurance is one of the important activities of Vietinbank. 1.4 Describe the current vision, mission, core value, goals and objectives (SMART) of Vietinbank.
